Terms & Conditions
PT Enjoy Your Life is an agent for selected activities & experiences across Indonesia. When you purchase or activate a gift certificate, or buy a package or gift from PT Enjoy Your Life you become legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please do not proceed and purchase or activate a certificate or complete a booking until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. Prices
The prices displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily basis. Prices of packages and gifts may vary throughout the year. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will inform the purchaser of the error within 7 days of the purchase being made, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to top up the additional difference in the price.
2. Duration
Where the duration of a package or experience is mentioned on our website and marketing material or by a member of our staff, this is an approximate guide to the length of time you should expect to be at the venue. The duration may vary slightly from venue to venue. When you are acquiring the activities or experiences as a part of a group there may be some waiting time involved.
3. Descriptions & Images
All descriptions contained on our website and in our marketing materials are correct at the time of release. However, please note that descriptions are generalised as we offer similar activities and experiences across different venues, which may vary in content across different Partner Centres and locations. Descriptions may be updated throughout the year as activities & experiences change. The images used in all promotional literature to illustrate activities & experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only.
4. Availability
All activities & experiences are offered subject to the availability of dates, vehicles, facilities and staff. Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible especially during peak times such as weekends and holidays. You should not make any travel or accommodation arrangements in connection with the course or experience until you have received your booking confirmation from PT Enjoy Your Life. Where specific elements of the course / activity, such as vehicles, are not available due to mechanical breakdown, the Partner Centre reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. In case this is not possible, the Partner Centre reserves the right to cancel the activity / experience at short notice.
5. Restrictions
Certain activities & experiences provided by suppliers are subject to minimum age, health or other requirements. In most cases, these details are listed on our website and at the time of booking, although they are subject to change at any time. It is the purchaser's and/or redeemer's responsibility to check that the restrictions are met. Once you have confirmed a booking you are not eligible for a refund if you are forced to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. Details of restrictions and requirements are set out on our website under the ‘products’ page. Please read them carefully.
6. Weather
Many experiences & activities we offer are weather-dependent. In case that bad weather affects a booking, it will be rescheduled by the Partner Centre or us at no cost to you and there will be no refunds. There can be no guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to bad weather conditions. We strongly recommend that you contact PT Enjoy Your Life on the day before you depart for your experience. In the event of cancellation, PT Enjoy Your Life will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other incurred costs.
7. Safety
We ask you to plan ahead and set aside more than the necessary time to get to the venue. Many of the activities and experiences we offer require a safety briefing and it is essential that the participant attends the briefing, otherwise they will not be able to participate. No alcohol or drugs can be consumed before any of the activities or experiences we offer. The staff at the Partner Centre reserve the right to refuse an activity to persons suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs. Where the experience requires the wearing of safety equipment such as a crash helmet or a lifejacket, this is mandatory and there are no exceptions. Other safety precautions will be advised in your confirmation details. If you have any medical condition, we advise not to use any of our extreme activities, otherwise it will be under your own responsibility. PT Enjoy Your Life or Partner Centres will not be held liable for any damages related to your conduct. Each venue employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience or activity or offer alternative tuition if they believe the participant may endanger himself or other members of the public.
8. Partner Centres & Liability
Although PT Enjoy Your Life has sought to select highly experienced Partner Centres offering activities & experiences, PT Enjoy Your Life shall not be responsible for the safety standards or the quality or delivery of the activity or experience, or any loss or damage suffered by you while participating in the course or experience for which the Partner Centre shall be solely responsible. By purchasing a gift certificate, you acknowledge that the course or experience is dependent on certain factors beyond the control of PT Enjoy Your Life and agree that neither PT Enjoy Your Life nor any associated Partner Centre shall be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any activity or experience for reasons beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to weather-related reasons, mechanical failure or otherwise. We do not undertake any technical examination of equipment, facilities or services in order to minimise personal risk. In the event of mechanical machinery break down you should expect reasonable substitutions without notice. The total liability of PT Enjoy Your Life for any claim whatsoever in connection with the activity or experience voucher or any activity or experience shall be limited to the price paid for the voucher or booking. PT Enjoy Your Life's Partner Centres are located at destinations across Indonesia. We are continually adding locations but occasionally may need to discontinue featuring some centres.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
1. Refunds on Gift Experience
Sometimes the Partner Centre has to cancel an activity or experience for reasons beyond their control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown, or because minimum requirements are not met such as a minimum group of people. We regret that such eventualities are outside of our control, in these circumstances, PT Enjoy Your Life is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled activity or experience. A location and/or activity or experience may be terminated without warning during the lifetime of the gift certificate. On these occasions an equivalent or alternative location and/or activity or experience will be offered. If this is not suitable credit will be offered but no cash refunds will be made.
2. Refunds on Handmade Presents
While receiving Handmade Present by our delivery or by picking it up, please make sure that it is not damaged. You have the right to refuse to receive the damaged Handmade Present and ask for a refund or the replacement or it with equal one only in case of damage, or our technical mistake. All other claims will not be accepted by our company. If you decide to replace this damaged Handmade Present with equal one, we will provide you with a discount of 10% from the total cost of this gift.
10. Complaints
If a problem is arisen at the Partner Centre please bring it to the attention of the manager or activity co-coordinator of the venue, enabling them the chance to resolve the issue. If you feel the action taken by the Partner Centre was not satisfying, please contact PT Enjoy Your Life within the next 14 days of taking the activity, providing all the facts from your point of view in writing. We will respond within 28 days of receiving your written complaint to PT Enjoy Your Life, Customer Services, info@enjoy-it.co PT Enjoy Your Life will thoroughly investigate all customer complaints that have been highlighted with its Partner Centres on the day of the experience, failure to highlight issues on the day of the experience or course may jeopardise investigations and result in an unsatisfactory outcome.
11. Validity & Extensions
Each gift certificate will show a unique code, which must be quoted when dealing with PT Enjoy Your Life and which will be used to identify your order & payment online. Gift certificates and the associated references must be kept safely and securely. PT Enjoy Your Life will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud. Each certificate is valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of dispatch unless otherwise stated. A gift certificate will be deemed to be invalid if it is out of date (the validity date is clearly stated on the voucher, booking information & your online account). If the customer or recipient is unable to book and take the course or experience before the expiry date, then upon the customer contacting PT Enjoy Your Life prior to the expiry date on the gift certificate and paying an administration fee of 10% of value of this certificate PT Enjoy Your Life shall extend the validity of the voucher for another 6 months (from the date of the initial expiration). A gift certificate can only be extended for another 6 months once. Certificates can only be extended if they are still within their expiry date. PT Enjoy Your Life strongly recommends that all experiences are booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
12. Delivery
Your gift certificate will be dispatched in colourful package from our offices.
If you are situated within Jakarta, our delivery service will take care of your package to be delivered to your place on the selected day and even time.
If you are situated out of Jakarta, we are going to send it through JNE Delivery Company. In this case, you will be emailed a tracking code to follow your delivery. PT Enjoy Your Life is not responsible for the services of JNE Company. Ex Packs are sent on the chosen dispatch date, unless a weekend or holiday is selected for dispatch.
If your gift certificate is lost by JNE Delivery Company, we will provide a duplicate free of charge. If your gift certificate gets lost by your own fault (eg: wrong address or fail to collect from sorting office) we will provide you a duplicate voucher but an additional delivery charge will be incurred. Please inform us as soon as possible if you believe this has happened so we can do our best to deliver the duplicate in time.
Gift certificates number can be delivered by email to the email address entered by the purchaser at no cost. Be aware that some email accounts may categorise our email vouchers as unwanted or 'spam' email. To avoid this please add our email address info@enjoy-it.co to your address book. P.T. Enjoy your life is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an email voucher being blocked by web filters or firewalls. If the recipient does not receive the email voucher, please contact us immediately to send the vouchers to an alternative email address. Alternatively, we can change the delivery method which would incur the normal delivery fee for that matter.
13. Exchanges
If you have already activated your gift certificate and chosen the particular activity, you can't change it to any other activity within 7 days before the date of activity.
14. Insurance
The very nature of some of the services that we promote, as an agent, is of somewhat extreme nature. Prior to ordering or participating in any course or experience, you should be aware of the risks involved. PT Enjoy Your Life can provide further information if you are in any doubt about any course or experience. We require our Partner Centres to hold appropriate and valid public liability insurance before promoting their services as an agent and we make no warranty or representation about their course or experiences whatsoever. Responsibility rests with you to make independent search with the supplier and other third parties as to the need to acquire your own insurance cover.
15. Spectators
Most Partner Centres will allow you to bring spectators to watch you participate in your selected course or experience. When booking your date please inform the staff you wish to bring other people. Some Partner Centres may request a small payment for spectators. Spectators are required to comply with the Partner Centres terms, conditions and expectations of conduct. Any spectators deemed under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on site.
16. Bookings
All gift certificate must be activated online at www.enjoy-it.co or by phone number. Please do not arrive at a venue expecting to redeem your gift certificate without first 'activating' your certificate on www.enjoy-it.co Partner Centres will only accept booking certificates (activated certificates). Booking gift certificate can be issued by activating a certificate online or on the phone or directly via PT Enjoy Your Life’s staff. PT Enjoy Your Life will not be held liable for your costs incurred if you do not follow the procedure set out in the above stated Terms and Conditions. Bookings are not finalized until you have received a written confirmation from the PT Enjoy Your Life representatives.
