Cancellation, Return & Exchange
Modification of the date and time on initiative of the Participant is possible not later than 2 days before the actual date and not more than 3 times.
IMPORTAINT! If the activation has been made and any changes were not brought to the attention of PT Enjoy Your Life 2 days before the service, but the client has not presented on particular day and time to receive the service the Gift Experience certificate, then it will be considered invalid.
Kindly bring along the gift certificate with you to the Partner Center and present it to the person in charge before the service. In case when you fail to present the certificate to the Partner Center, provision of the service might be denied, unless you would like pay on the spot like a usual customer.
Refunds on Handmade Presents
When receiving Handmade Present by our delivery or by picking it up, please make sure that has not suffered any damage. You have the right to refuse to receive a damaged Handmade Present and ask for a refund or the replacement with an equal one, only in case of damage, or our technical mistake. All other claims will not be accepted by our company. If you decide to replace the damaged Handmade Present with an equal one, we will provide you with a discount of 10% from the total cost of this gift.
Exchanges
If you have already activated your gift certificate and chosen the particular activity, you can't change it to any other activity within 2 days before the date of activity.
